half a peeled and cored apple (eat the other half!)
one tablespoon of rolled oats (great for skin hydration)
one teaspoon of natural yogourt
one teaspoon of honey
Grate the apple and combine with all other ingredients in a small bowl.
Slather on liberally and allow to sit for ten minutes.
Rinse with warm water.
*Note: Because of the natural pulp in the apple and the thickness of the rolled oats, we highly recommend you rinse off using a bowl of warm water rather than down the sink drain – to avoid clogging drain. After rinsing, discard and flush down the toilet
