DIY Chocolate


The easiest recipe to make your own HEALTHY chocolate!

Indulge without regret! 


Learn why honey is healthier than sugar


  • 1/2 Cup of organic cocoa powder

  • 1/2 Cup organic coconut oil, room temperature

  • 1/3 Cup raw unpasteurized honey


Optional flavouring – add some 'zing' to your chocolate!

  • 5 drops organic peppermint extract; OR

  • 1 tsp orange rind; OR

  • 2 tsp ground almonds/walnuts




  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl

  • Mush together using a metal spoon

  • If desired, add optional flavourings. You may separate chocolate mix in sections to add different flavours to each

  • Form into balls using fingers, or place into a dish that's been covered with wax paper

  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden


Makes 12 @ 1" sized balls.
