


DIY Chocolate
The easiest recipe to make your own HEALTHY chocolate!
Indulge without regret!
Ingredients

1/2 Cup of organic cocoa powder

1/2 Cup organic coconut oil, room temperature
-
1/3 Cup raw unpasteurized honey
Optional flavouring – add some 'zing' to your chocolate!

5 drops organic peppermint extract; OR
-
1 tsp orange rind; OR
-
2 tsp ground almonds/walnuts
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a small bowl

Mush together using a metal spoon

If desired, add optional flavourings. You may separate chocolate mix in sections to add different flavours to each

Form into balls using fingers, or place into a dish that's been covered with wax paper
-
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden
Makes 12 @ 1" sized balls.
