Ingredients:
• 4 ripe bananas
• 1 cup natural peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups oatmeal
• 1 cup of nuts or seeds - your choice (pumpkin and sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, hemp, chia, etc.)
Here's how:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mash the bananas and add peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and vanilla until smooth and well blended.

Add oats and nuts/seeds and mix until combined.

Line an 8”x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and pour in mixture.

Lick the spoon!!

Press and flatten with a spatula until even.

Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown on edges.

Allow to cool and cut into bars or squares

Eat and share!! Store the balance at room temperature for a week or freeze for up to -
4 months.
