How to post your event

Edited: Mar 13

At Silver and Gold, we receive daily requests to promote upcoming events. Naturally, we cannot accommodate posting everyone's - until now!

If you are hosting an event for our community, please feel free to post them here. No business promotion please, for that we have a great magazine that will happily help you with a promotional program.

So if you're hosting an event that you'd like our readers to learn more about, add the following:

  1. - START WITH THE DATE! Month and day (year not required), ie: JUNE 3 - event title

  2. Event name

  3. - Event location

  4. - Event times (from - to)

  5. - Is there a cover charge? Is it free?

  6. - A blurb for the event: What is it for, what can we expect to see and do there, etc.

  7. - Contact info: Including website links, email or phone number.

You can also make bold items, italics, and hotlinks for people to click and reach you/your website. Add a photo, a flyer, a logo... it's great promo!

Thank you for participating, and have a great event!
