Our guest speakers will provide an illustration of the latest science findings regarding the growing Climate Crisis. We will also learn about concerns that Canada and the rest of the world are falling further behind in taking effective action to reverse the increase in GHG (Green House Gas) emissions caused by human activity, and what steps are being taken to address this.
The meeting will begin in the Great Hall of St. Luke's Anglican Church, 1382 Ontario Street, Burlington, at 11:30 a.m. with a time for fellowship, followed by lunch, and then the guest speaker's presentation. All are welcome to attend, including friends, neighbours, and family members. Please bring your own lunch. Coffee, tea, and juice will be provided. Free will donation of $5.
