Join us for our next Speaker Series event, perfect for gardeners and lavender lovers. Tracy Breckon talks about her journey to growing lavender on a large-scale as part of a farming operation. Some of the historical uses of lavender will be explored as well as best practices to grow, harvest, prune and process this multi-purpose, aromatic herb. As well, Tracy will share insights from her experience in establishing a lavender garden of nearly 600 angustifolia and lavandin varieties - simple, challenging and rewarding.
