Healthy Italian Pizza!
This is a delicious yet gluten and dairy-free pizza
that even a nutritionist recommends! A must try.

Ingredients

1.5 cup Almond flour

1/4 cup Arrowroot flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Salt
-
1 tsp. Black Pepper
-
1 tsp. Oregano
-
1 tsp. Garlic powder
-
2 tbsp. of Coconut oil
-
2 eggs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms

Roll the dough into a ball, then place in between 2 sheet of parchment paper.

Flatten the dough to a consistent thickness of 1/4 inch either forming a circle or a rectangle. To your liking.

Bake the dough for 20 minutes or until the edge become brown and crispy. I used the convection oven for this one and the dough came out very crispy. Love it.
