Healthy Italian Pizza!


This is a delicious yet gluten and dairy-free pizza

that even a nutritionist recommends! A must try.

  • 1.5 cup Almond flour

  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot flour

  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper

  • 1 tsp. Oregano

  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp. of Coconut oil

  • 2 eggs



  • Preheat the oven to 350 F

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms

  • Roll the dough into a ball, then place in between 2 sheet of parchment paper.

  • Flatten the dough to a consistent thickness of 1/4 inch either forming a circle or a rectangle. To your liking.

  • Bake the dough for 20 minutes or until the edge become brown and crispy. I used the convection oven for this one and the dough came out very crispy. Love it.
