No-sugar Banana Squares
Ingredients:
• 3 ripe mashed bananas
• 1/3 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
• 2 Cups of oats
• 1/4 Cup almond milk
• 1/4 Cup raisins
• 1/4 Cup grated coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 8” square brownie pan with a bit of butter. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place in brownie pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into squares and serve.
*The consistency of these squares is soft and chewy, yet not sticky, and not overly sweet. For a sweeter recipe add more raisins and a couple of tablespoons of honey.
